Tasks

• Ensuring product quality on the production line through technical inspections
• Releasing components for further processing and handling deviations from specifications
• Documenting and tracking non-conformities as well as performing troubleshooting
• Providing technical guidance to production staff and supporting inspection personnel
• Onboarding new authorized inspectors, including evaluation of practical work samples
• Conducting and visualizing Practical Problem Solving (PPS)

• Applying Lean and Total Quality Management methods

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder or equivalent, with additional qualification as a technician or business administrator
• Several years of professional experience in aircraft manufacturing, industrial mechanics, aerospace and quality assurance in production
• Basic knowledge of Lean Management and Total Quality Management
• In-depth knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
• Very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
• Willingness to work in shifts and perform on-call duties
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visas) is mandatory
