Tasks
- Ensuring product quality on the production line through technical inspections
- Releasing components for further processing and handling deviations from specifications
- Documenting and tracking non-conformities as well as performing troubleshooting
- Providing technical guidance to production staff and supporting inspection personnel
- Onboarding new authorized inspectors, including evaluation of practical work samples
- Conducting and visualizing Practical Problem Solving (PPS)
- Applying Lean and Total Quality Management methods
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder or equivalent, with additional qualification as a technician or business administrator
- Several years of professional experience in aircraft manufacturing, industrial mechanics, aerospace and quality assurance in production
- Basic knowledge of Lean Management and Total Quality Management
- In-depth knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
- Very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
- Willingness to work in shifts and perform on-call duties
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visas) is mandatory
