We are currently looking for a Quality Inspector Optical Inspection Aviation on behalf of our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH at their site in Ulm. You will be working under cleanroom conditions on highly complex high-frequency assemblies for the aerospace sector. Tasks

  • Optical inspection of high-frequency assemblies under a microscope
  • Performing incoming goods inspections in accordance with inspection orders
  • Carrying out additional measurement and test tasks such as leak testing
  • Recording and documenting deviations in SAP
  • Independent processing of orders in the field of optical revision

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a technical field is desirable but not mandatory, ideally with technical on-the-job training
  • Experience in manual work under high-resolution microscopes
  • Knowledge in process control and microscopic inspection
  • Basic knowledge in electronics, printed circuit board or thin-film manufacturing
  • Excellent fine motor skills
  • PC skills desirable
  • Business fluent German language skills (at least C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
