Responsibilities
- Quality Management: Ensuring process performance and compliance with product standards
- Reporting: Maintaining and analysing quality indicators for product quality, corrective actions and customer satisfaction
- Process Definition: Developing, updating and implementing quality standards and processes
- Corrective Actions: Establishing and managing an efficient management system for corrective and preventive actions
- Problem Solving: Coordinating the resolution of quality issues for customers and providing structured feedback
- Planning: Reporting on performance indicators to define and optimise inspection planning
- Risk Analysis: Conducting and tracking Design FMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, Aeronautics and Astronautics or Industrial Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Assurance
- Good knowledge of process management; DFMEA knowledge is required
- Proficient use of MS Excel; knowledge of Skywise is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Analytical thinking, structured and independent way of working as well as strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
