For our client Diehl Aviation Laupheim GmbH, we are looking for a Quality Manager for Management Systems at the Laupheim site. You will develop training measures, manage process approvals, and conduct internal audits – thereby ensuring quality and compliance in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities


  • Training measures and sub-projects in the specialist area: conceive, create, and implement
  • Process modelling: capture, model, and analyse processes and documents
  • Process approvals: manage and verify compliance with normative and aviation regulatory requirements
  • Consultation and support for internal specialist departments in implementing regulatory requirements
  • Process workshops: conceive and plan
  • Internal auditing: plan and conduct according to existing specifications


Qualifications

  • Completed degree (at least Bachelor) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in project management and quality management
  • Knowledge in manufacturing and development companies advantageous
  • Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (advanced application knowledge)
  • Experience in programming (SQL, VBA) advantageous
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
  • Additional foreign language skills (French, Spanish, or Hungarian) advantageous
  • Auditor training advantageous
  • High level of initiative, assertiveness, and commitment
  • Good communication skills and moderation skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
