For our client Diehl Aviation Laupheim GmbH, we are looking for a Quality Manager for Management Systems at the Laupheim site. You will develop training measures, manage process approvals, and conduct internal audits – thereby ensuring quality and compliance in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities
- Training measures and sub-projects in the specialist area: conceive, create, and implement
- Process modelling: capture, model, and analyse processes and documents
- Process approvals: manage and verify compliance with normative and aviation regulatory requirements
- Consultation and support for internal specialist departments in implementing regulatory requirements
- Process workshops: conceive and plan
- Internal auditing: plan and conduct according to existing specifications
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in project management and quality management
- Knowledge in manufacturing and development companies advantageous
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (advanced application knowledge)
- Experience in programming (SQL, VBA) advantageous
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Additional foreign language skills (French, Spanish, or Hungarian) advantageous
- Auditor training advantageous
- High level of initiative, assertiveness, and commitment
- Good communication skills and moderation skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
