Quality assurance from the start – you are the link between suppliers and production.
At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Quality Manager Incoming Inspection to manage the quality assurance of supplier parts and act as the interface between Procurement and Plant Quality. You identify and analyze recurring error patterns, coordinate suppliers, and ensure the immediate containment of quality issues – so that production runs without disruptions.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,608 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2027. Responsibilities
- Quality assurance as interface between Procurement and Plant Quality for deviations in supplier parts
- Logistics processes shape and define requirements within new IT landscapes
- Non-Conformity process prepare within Technical Incoming Inspection for complaints
- Quality concepts (Logistical Flow) create and implement, and commission external companies
- Problem containment ensure on Plant Level and at Supplier, and initiate sustainable corrective actions
- Incoming goods inspect operationally and perform Source Inspections at suppliers on-site
- Supplier coordination act as first point of contact for quality topics for plant and Final Assembly Line
- Error analysis independently identify recurring error patterns and initiate appropriate measures
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems, logistics, quality assurance and in the area of Non-Conformity
- Initial experience in concession processes advantageous
- Confident handling of SAP (at least detailed specialist knowledge) and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of project management and process management
- Business fluent in German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Experience with IT projects and Airbus experience advantageous
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style as well as pronounced communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
