For our client ArianeGroup GmbH, we are seeking a Quality Manager Procurement & Suppliers at the Taufkirchen near Munich site. In this strategic role, you will define quality standards, conduct supplier evaluations, and monitor manufacturing processes – acting as the key interface between suppliers and internal management.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 72,161 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.08.2027. Responsibilities
- Supplier relationships: build, maintain, and regularly evaluate to ensure quality standards
- Preventive quality measures: define and implement to proactively avoid deviations
- Corrective actions: initiate for quality deviations and monitor their implementation
- Supplier evaluations: conduct and issue or confirm approvals for aircraft components
- Quality assurance agreements: align with suppliers and contractually document
- Incoming goods inspections: define and accompany on-site component acceptance
- Product acceptance: support and monitor the supplier's acceptance process from a quality perspective
- Interface management: ensure between supplier and internal product management team
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
- Initial professional experience in quality management, ideally in aerospace
- Experience in metal processing or a comparable production environment
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (especially MM/IM), knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2), French is desirable
- Willingness to travel as part of supplier support (approx. 10–20 %)
- High sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
