Tasks
- Organization and control of all quality disciplines in accordance with the project plan andquality plan for internal customers (program management)
- Ensuring consistency, completeness, and availability of all quality results, including reporting in progress meetings
- Processing quality deviations and controlling the entire anomaly handling process, including leading the working group for corrective and preventive measures
- Systematic evaluation of deviations (e.g., Pareto analyses) with data from COGNOS, SAP, SPC, and other systems
- Implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive measures in coordination with Production Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing
- Planning, execution, and follow-up of job audits and local process reviews in manufacturing (MAIT) and engineering/development (DEVELOP)
- Management of internal and supplier-related problem-solving teams – primarily according to the 8D methodology (8D pilot)
- Decision on delivery approval and preparation of the Certificate of Conformity (CoC) as well as participation in CCB, DDA, Maturity Gates, and Design Reviews
Qualifications
- Completed technical degree in engineering, aerospace, or comparable, or qualification as a quality management specialist (ISO 9001)
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering
- Professional experience in quality management and project management
- Knowledge of configuration management, lean and continuous improvement
- Proficient in using the SAP Quality Management module
- Business fluent in German and English (at least C1 in each); basic French
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
