You ensure on-time, quality-compliant, and cost-efficient delivery performance and work with partners to further develop their industrial capabilities – from risk analysis to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Supplier performance monitoring based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing immediate containment actions to protect Airbus final assembly lines
- Recovery plans initiating and following up with suppliers in case of quality or delivery performance degradation
- Industrial qualification of products and suppliers according to Airbus Supplier Requirements (ASR) and airworthiness requirements
- Supplier audits and assessments planning and conducting
- Supplier development driving to increase capacity and capabilities using methodologies such as APQP and Lean
- New Product Introduction and Transfers of Work monitoring and ensuring end-to-end consistency across the supply chain
- Risk management proactively coordinating industrial risks and aligning with internal and external stakeholders
- Interface management being responsible for coordination with internal partners such as MFT leaders, programs, and Final Assembly Lines (FALs)
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics, or a comparable technical education (at least at a certified technician level)
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management, quality management, and quality assurance, ideally in the aerospace industry
- Good knowledge of risk management and Total Quality Management (TQM) as well as experience with problem-solving methodologies
- Proficient use of SAP/R3 and Windows; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1); French language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel worldwide (maximum once per month)
- Strong communication skills, independent and structured way of working, as well as teamwork
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
