Tasks

  • Managing the entire recruitment process – from selecting sourcing channels to supporting interviews
  • Application management including screening, selection, conducting interviews and advising line managers
  • Actively developing and enhancing employer branding activities
  • Creating and analysing reports to continuously optimise the recruitment process
  • Close collaboration with hiring managers, works council and representative body for severely disabled employees
  • Steering HR processes within the internal system
  • Coordinating LAK recruitment

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in project management, law, communication sciences, psychology, business administration, or economics
  • Initial professional experience in human resources, particularly in the recruitment of industrial employees and in project management
  • Initial experience in coordinating projects and stakeholders is an advantage
  • Professional experience in adult education, ideally in a commercial environment, is desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
