At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel, you will take on the role of Retrofit Supply Chain Manager, centrally controlling material availability and production planning for customer orders. You coordinate the entire supply chain – from negotiating with suppliers to the timely provision of kits for production.

Responsibilities
- Material availability: Negotiate and control with suppliers and internal organizations
- Production planning for the Kit Factory based on customer orders and pre-planning processes
- Material requirement determination considering logistic rules such as inventory targets and supply chain capacities
- Delivery tracking for each retrofit to ensure timely and quality-compliant kit deliveries
- Customer order control to coordinate downstream activities for kits
- Coordination with Supply Officer & Planning regarding the on-time delivery (OTD) of all subcomponent materials
- Work order management including planning, prioritization, and coordination with the Kit Factory
Qualifications
- Completed degree in a technical field, business administration, or supply chain / logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in procurement, customer service, production planning and control, and supply chain / logistics
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP and experience with Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Lean Management and good knowledge of project management
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1); French skills are advantageous
- Willingness to travel on business within Europe (approx. 1-2 times per year for 1-3 days)
- Strong teamwork skills, communication strength, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
