For our client Lufthansa Technik AG, we are looking for a Revenue Management Specialist for Equipment Modification at the Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel location. In this interface role between technology and business administration, you will monitor contract fulfillment and billing processes for equipment modifications, ensuring the economic optimization of maintenance processes.

Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Continuously monitor and communicate the fulfillment rate and execution of equipment modifications
- Billing Control: Ensure and manage the correct billing of modification services to customers
- Error Analysis: Systematically clarify and rectify billing errors and process outstanding items
- Process Optimization: Conduct analyses to improve billing processes and material management
- Special Tasks: Handle project-related tasks in the area of revenue management and equipment supply
Qualifications
- Completed degree (Master's, Bachelor's, FH, Diplom) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Engineering with a focus on business administration
- Several years of professional experience in aircraft and equipment maintenance
- Very good knowledge of the process landscape for controlling modifications and planning optimization (dLP, interchangeability, master data)
- Good IT skills, especially in MAX, SAP/R3, SAP BW, and MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- Willingness to work on assignments domestically and abroad as well as for job-related further training
- Pronounced analytical skills, high organizational talent, and an independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
