Responsibilities


  • Contract Management: Analyze and manage legal risks associated with aircraft deliveries
  • Customer Relationships: Nurture and actively manage global relationships with customers and financiers
  • Financial Targets: Contribute directly to Airbus's financial targets by managing exceptions such as delays
  • Documentation: Prepare Airbus commercial and legal documentation based on aircraft financing
  • Price Calculation & Payment: Calculate the final aircraft price, issue invoices accordingly, and ensure payment
  • Closing Management: Manage the delivery closing for the transfer of title of the aircraft to the customer
  • Representation: Represent Airbus at official and social events with customers


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Management (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in contract management, Airbus experience is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of handling English-language contracts and data analysis
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Excel and experience with Google Workspace
  • Business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Good customer orientation and communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style as well as teamwork skills
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
