As a Sales Contract Manager / Contract Manager, you will support Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder in securing deliveries from a legal perspective, coordinating international partners, and getting everything right in the contracts. You will be part of a team that combines technology with contractual logic – on a fixed-term contract for one year, with the option of extending. Tasks
- Administration and monitoring of aircraft sales contracts with a focus on delivery and legal review
- Management of the entire delivery process, including title transfer, invoicing, and payment receipt
- Preparation and review of commercial and legal contract documents in the context of aircraft financing
- Maintaining and expanding global customer and financier contacts in the context of contract implementation
- Calculating the final aircraft price and completing all necessary processing steps
- Handling special cases in connection with delays or special delivery conditions
- Representing Airbus at official and informal customer meetings
Qualifications
- Completed degree, e.g., in law, business administration, industrial engineering, or international management
- Many years of experience in contract management, customer service, or purchasing
- Sales experience is an advantage, ideally in the aviation context
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SAP R/3, including experience with Google Workspace
- Business fluent English (at least C1), German skills desirable
- Confident in dealing with English-language contracts as well as in data analysis and structuring
- Resume in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
