For our client Diehl Aerospace GmbH, we are looking for a Sales Manager Order Administration at the Nuremberg site. In this central position, you are responsible for the entire order processing from quotation creation to invoicing and act as a competent contact for international customers.

Responsibilities


  • Customer Support for global customers via phone and written communication
  • Order Management and monitoring in the Sales & Order area
  • End-to-End Order Processing for standard series devices and new series launches
  • Quotation Creation and master data maintenance, including substantive review of customer orders
  • Demand Planning for end devices based on customer orders and forecasts
  • Delivery Note and Invoice Creation including delivery performance tracking
  • Process Optimization by contributing to the implementation and further development of system processes
  • Escalation Management as the interface between customers and internal specialist departments


Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or a completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a comparable subject
  • Several years of professional experience as a commercial clerk or in customer service
  • Experience in customer service or international sales; experience in the aerospace industry and order processing is an advantage
  • In-depth application knowledge of MS Office and SAP (especially MM-SD modules)
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Basic knowledge of project management
  • Strong communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking, and organizational talent
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
