Responsibilities
- Project Support: Actively support the sub-project manager in steering and coordinating project activities
- Schedule Management: Ensure the coordination and monitoring of appointments with the involved specialist departments
- Project Tracking: Systematically track and document the progress of sub-projects and milestones
- Data Management: Take responsibility for maintaining and updating master data in the system
- Test Management: Provide support in conducting and documenting system tests
- Documentation: Create and manage project documents and process documentation
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, International Management, Economics, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in commercial administration and project management
- Good knowledge of change management and process management
- Solid application skills in MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
- High customer orientation, teamwork skills, and very good communication skills
- Sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
