For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for a Skilled Worker in Technical Work Planning at the Ulm site. In this central role, you ensure that all materials, components, and work orders are available on time and in compliance with quality standards for production – thus directly contributing to a smooth manufacturing flow.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 41,765 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2027. Responsibilities
- Work order preparation: compile and prepare manufacturing orders for production
- Material supply: ensure timely material supply and provide all required components
- Component preparation: prepare parts for further manufacturing and processing steps
- De-golding operations: perform de-golding work on components according to specifications and quality standards
- Equipment operation: operate and set up various devices and systems for producing labels and markings
- Process control: monitor and document workflows and ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Process optimization: actively support the optimization of manufacturing and preparation processes
Qualifications
- Initial experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable
- Safe handling of technical devices and machines required
- Basic skills in MS Office (at least knowledge of detailed functions)
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Technical understanding and a careful way of working
- Independent working style, teamwork, and communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
