Tasks

  • Recording, clarifying, and coordinating requirements, specifications, and customer requests for DevOps services with internal interfaces
  • Setting up, maintaining, and further developing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Atlassian toolchain or similar)
  • Operating, administering, and further developing container-based development and integration environments with Docker
  • Provision, configuration, and maintenance of target hardware for development, integration, and testing
  • Analysis of errors on target hardware and support with automated test control and evaluation
  • Development of supporting tooling in Python and C++
  • Support of development teams with DevOps issues and continuous improvement of development and integration processes

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in software development with a focus on DevOps, build, integration, or system environments
  • Experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Atlassian toolchain or comparable)
  • Experience with agile development processes and a fundamental understanding of software architectures and interfaces
  • Very good knowledge of Docker; in-depth knowledge of Linux
  • Good knowledge of software development, ideally in Python and C++
  • Experience in working with embedded hardware
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
