Responsibilities


  • Procurement strategy for Facility Management Services in Germany develop and implement
  • Framework contract management: Negotiate, establish, and monitor transdivisional Master Service Agreements
  • Sourcing & tendering for Facility Services and lead contract negotiations
  • Supplier management and stakeholder coordination throughout the entire contract lifecycle
  • Project support in day-to-day operations to optimize customer value and minimize total cost of ownership
  • Multidisciplinary teamwork in all phases of tendering, contract design, and monitoring


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Economics (at least Master's/Diploma) or a commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience
  • Several years of experience in operational and strategic procurement as well as contract management
  • At least two years of experience in Business/Commercial Management, ideally in Facility Management or Procurement
  • Very good knowledge of common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Willingness for limited business trips within Europe
  • Teamwork skills, pronounced analytical and negotiation skills, as well as good communication skills towards various target groups
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
