For our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH, we are looking for a Structural Assembly Mechanic at the Varel site. You will work at the interface of technology and craftsmanship, where high-quality structural assemblies for the aerospace industry are created from individual components. Your care and technical understanding are required to support the demanding manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
- Structural assembly by precisely joining individual components
- Surface protection and preservation of screw connections and other components
- Sealing and drilling on assembled parts according to technical specifications
- Manufacturing orders planned, assigned, and processed independently according to schedule
- Teamwork in production to achieve manufacturing targets
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, automotive mechanic, or in a metalworking trade
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in aircraft construction
- Initial experience with MS Office and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work in 2-shift systems
- Teamwork skills, commitment, and an independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
