We are looking for you to join Diehl Aviation Hamburg GmbH at our Hamburg site as an Assembly Worker, Structural Engineering – to prepare and join housing parts and components in positional construction. Tasks

  • Preparation and joining of simple and complex housing parts and components according to specifications and construction documents
  • Preparation and assembly of small parts
  • Carrying out complex assembly tasks in the correct order and execution according to construction documents
  • Ensuring a smooth flow of information within production through clear coordination within the team
  • Compliance with quality requirements and careful, traceable working methods in the assembly environment
  • Proper use of the systems used for work preparation and feedback in the process

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training, for example as a boat builder, carpenter, joiner, or a comparable qualification
  • Many years of professional experience in assembly
  • Experience in joining components and working according to construction documents
  • User knowledge of ZAMIZ as well as enterprise resource planning systems
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1); basic English
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
