Tasks
- Coordination of material supply as the central interface between procurement, logistics and the A320 final assembly lines
- Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders (procurement management, production interfaces, logistics coordination, warehouse operators)
- Anticipation of missing parts by analysing relevant tools, managing priorities and initiating actions to ensure on-dock dates match the production plans
- Alignment of delivery dates with Airbus Procurement and European Airbus sites to meet production requirements
- Driving activities to accelerate material flows and ensuring material availability at the required time
- Working in the Airbus ERP system SAP (PDA/PEA), maintaining master data and using additional specific tools
- Proposing corrective actions and implementing improvements to optimise supply chain processes
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain / Logistics
- Several years of professional experience in procurement, supplier management and supply chain / logistics
- Good knowledge of process management
- Detailed SAP knowledge, confident use of Google Workspace and ideally experience with Eagle
- Fluent German and English skills (min. C1); French is a plus
- Analytical, structured and independent working style with strong communication skills to collaborate efficiently at all levels
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
