At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will take on the role of Supply Chain Manager, centrally managing repair orders for civil and military helicopters. You coordinate the entire process chain – from order creation and inventory management to timely delivery – ensuring all customer commitments are met.

Responsibilities

  • Repair Order Management: Creation, monitoring, and control of internal repair orders for civil and military helicopters
  • Customer Service: Ensuring timely and quality-compliant processing of all customer orders and deliveries
  • Process Communication: Proactive notification of customers regarding the progress of their orders
  • KPI Reporting: Monitoring and reporting of customer key performance indicators to all relevant stakeholders
  • Inventory Management: Management of spare parts inventory for repairs
  • Logistics Coordination: Handling the shipment of components to the customer or logistics platform


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed at least a three-year vocational training with qualified further education as a technician or business administrator
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in an internationally active company
  • Several years of experience in aerospace, particularly in the areas of maintenance, supply chain/logistics, and quality assurance
  • Proficient use of SAP and MS Office
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • CV in English required
  • Conflict management skills, teamwork, and a reliable, detail-oriented work approach
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
