Responsibilities
- Demand Management: Review and clarification of demand data for completeness and correctness
- Procurement: Planning, scheduling, and purchasing of quality-compliant components, systems, and materials
- Supplier Communication: Active monitoring of quantities, deadlines, and prices as well as coordination with suppliers and internal customers
- Performance Analysis: Control and evaluation of supplier performance as well as maintenance of material master data
- Risk Management: Identification and assessment of risks in the supply chain with initiation of initial corrective measures
- Disruption Resolution: Review and resolution of delivery and performance disruptions including recovery activities
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or forwarding agent with many years of professional experience
- Alternatively: Degree in industrial engineering or in the field of supply chain / logistics (at least technician/specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling / material procurement, customer service, and supplier management
- Solid application knowledge in SAP/R3; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German language skills are an advantage
- CV in English required
- Strong communication skills, independent and structured way of working, as well as persuasiveness and assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
