The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,608 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2027. Responsibilities
- Operational procurement of detailed parts, including order management and delivery date monitoring
- Supplier management with proactive control of bottlenecks, delays, and quality issues
- Production coordination to ensure material availability and resolve supply bottlenecks
- Logistics coordination with service providers to optimize transports and delivery dates
- Inventory control to ensure continuous production supply
- Reporting & analysis of procurement activities, supplier performance, and improvement potential
- ERP system usage for order placement and data management
- Process optimization through steering operational action plans and return logistics
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management, manufacturing engineering, project management, quality management, or supply chain / logistics
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP/R3 as well as initial knowledge of Taksy/Gesy/Tesy and zamiz
- Good knowledge of change management, process management, and total quality management (problem-solving methods)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1); French skills are an advantage
- Initial exposure to operational procurement and IT affinity with ERP systems are desirable
- High problem-solving skills, initiative, resilience, and pronounced team and communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
