At Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen, you will take on the role of Supply Chain Manager – Quality Management, operationally managing suppliers for wing movables. You are the central interface to suppliers, responsible for quality performance and contribute your expertise to the smooth integration of new products into series production.

Responsibilities
- Supplier Management as the central interface for all operational activities
- Supplier Assessment during the tendering phase and contribution to selection decisions
- Quality and Cost Performance responsible management within supplier contracts
- Supplier Qualification management and ensuring compliance with certification requirements
- New Product Introduction and transfer of work support until series maturity
- Supplier Development by analyzing capacity, capability, and performance
- Risk Management for industrial supplier risks and development of mitigation actions
- Performance Steering through reporting and initiation of improvement projects
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management, project management, quality management, and supply chain / logistics
- Good knowledge of process management and risk management
- Basic skills in German (at least A2) and business fluent English (at least C1); French is an advantage
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Willingness for occasional business trips within Europe (max. once per month)
- Strong analytical skills, independent working style, and excellent communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
