Tasks
- Collaboration on new product introduction (NPI) and support for stable series production start-up
- Review and assurance of order processing across the entire process chain
- Maintenance, preservation, and management of order-related data in the ERP system
- Analysis of delivery delays, prioritization according to the needs of the assembly lines and customer support, and derivation of measures
- Management of short- and long-term operational action plans, for example in the event of retrofit delays, missing parts, or to improve logistics processes
- Daily monitoring of supply chain performance (goods receipt, workshop areas, internal transport, shipping) and active conflict resolution
- Collaboration with suppliers and promotion of return logistics (offers, return parts, subsequent expansion)
- Creation of inventory overviews and implementation of action plans with suppliers for capacity utilization control
Qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration, supply chain quality, or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the supply chain environment
- Experience in order processing, bottleneck analysis, and operational measure control
- SAP knowledge (at least knowledge of detailed functions) and confident use of Google Suite
- Business fluent in German and English (at least C1 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- Independent, structured way of working and strong communication skills
