At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel, you will take on the role of Supply Chain Manager / Support Planning Analyst to strategically manage stock provisioning processes. You validate and manage e-Requests for Stock Provisioning (e-RSP) and ensure timely material availability through close coordination with suppliers and internal supply chain functions. Responsibilities
- e-RSP Validation: Review and ensure financial and management approvals for stock provisioning requests on the Satair side
- Process Management: Manage requests in the ELIPS e-RSP module, plan orders according to requirements, and trigger them with suppliers
- Supplier Management: Monitor and control material procurement and inbound deliveries in coordination with the supply chain
- Reporting: Create regular order reports and provide feedback to the Request for Stock Provisioning Manager
- Inventory Availability: Ensure that provisioned material is available and stored correctly according to planning
- Forecast Monitoring: Monitor incoming and outgoing material flows against forecasts and budgets, and take corrective action in case of deviations
- Performance Assurance: Support escalation and resolution measures to ensure required delivery performance is met
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least a bachelor’s) in a technical field, business administration, or supply chain/logistics
- Several years of professional experience in the aviation industry, supplier management, or the supply chain
- Initial experience with technical documentation and, ideally, in the after-sales or engineering sector
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in SAP (advanced knowledge) and basic application skills in Java; Basic knowledge of Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Skywise as well as technical knowledge of aircraft or engineering data is a plus
- Good German language skills (at least A2) and business-fluent English (at least C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
