For our client, Airbus Defence and Space GmbH, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Officer Aftersales in Manching. In this responsible position, you will manage the supply chain for the Eurofighter aftermarket and ensure smooth, global operations – to the highest standards. Tasks

  • Management and monitoring of the supply chain to ensure on-time and specification-compliant deliveries
  • Collaboration with international suppliers, including regular on-site visits
  • Solution-oriented handling of supply issues, such as delays or quality deviations
  • Establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with internal interfaces and external partners
  • Data analysis and process optimization within the supply chain
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and export control regulations

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Economics
  • Long-standing professional experience in supply chain management, ideally within the aerospace or defense industry
  • Experience in handling international suppliers and complex supply chains is an advantage
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office and common supply chain management software
  • English at negotiation level (min. C1); German and/or Spanish skills are an asset
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
