Responsibilities


  • Backlog reduction: Support administrative and coordination tasks related to supplier contracts and service delivery
  • Project support: Contribute to local and transnational business improvement projects as well as the rollout of new supply chain processes
  • Supplier performance: Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service definitions for FMRE suppliers
  • Procurement support: Provide administrative and coordination support during Call for Tender (CFT) processes
  • Data maintenance: Maintain and update supply chain tracking tools, dashboards, and shared databases
  • Stakeholder coordination: Act as a reliable point of contact for local and transnational stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or Economics (at least Bachelor's)
  • Initial experience in the areas of procurement, supplier management, and supply chain / logistics
  • Basic knowledge of continuous improvement process (CIP)
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Experience in international/multicultural working environments is mandatory
  • Structured and results-oriented working style as well as strong communication skills
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
