At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Varel, you will take on the role of Supply Officer / Operational Buyer and be responsible for the operational control of material supply. You ensure smooth processes from demand planning to supplier communication, thus contributing directly to on-time manufacturing.

Responsibilities


  • Order Processing: Execute orders according to requirements and monitor their status
  • Demand Planning: Determine material requirements and independently create the planning
  • Master Data Maintenance: Maintain material master data and control parameters in the systems
  • Availability Management: Initiate measures in case of bottlenecks and create status reports
  • Supplier Management: Effective conflict management in case of delivery delays or quality problems
  • Invoice Verification: Process invoice errors regarding price or quantity
  • Communication: Conduct regular supplier discussions and collaborate in multifunctional teams


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, logistics specialist, or comparable commercial or technical training with at least a Bachelor's degree
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of purchasing, material procurement, supply chain, or production planning and control
  • Initial application knowledge in the SAP MM (Material Management) module
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork
  • Analytical and structured thinking as well as a solution-oriented approach to work
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
