For our client, Airbus Operations GmbH, we are looking for a committed Supply Officer / Supplier Manager at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. In this role, you will take over the central coordination of the supply chain in the cabin area and ensure smooth operations between suppliers, internal interfaces, and day-to-day business. Sounds like your next challenge? Tasks

  • Central coordination of all processes along the supply chain in the cabin area
  • Daily monitoring of key performance indicators to ensure maximum transparency
  • Solution-oriented handling of issues related to goods receipt, internal transport, and shipping
  • Independent execution of reverse logistics processes
  • Inventory management in close cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
  • Collaboration with internal interfaces and external suppliers
  • Analysis of delivery delays and independent prioritization of urgent tasks
  • Implementation of operational measures to improve processes and manage bottlenecks

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree in engineering, business administration or supply chain / logistics
  • Extensive professional experience in material planning, procurement, customer service and project management
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 and confident use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent English skills (at least C1) and basic German skills (at least A2); French or Spanish is an advantage
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
