At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Augsburg, you will be responsible as a Surface Coater / Electroplater for the protection and sealing of aircraft structures. You will work with modern materials and processes to ensure the highest quality standards in aerospace manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Surface protection and sealants on A350 side shells (Section 16-18) applied professionally
- Coating and sealing of surfaces with special materials such as sealant/kit according to AIPI 05-05-001
- Surface preparation through cleaning and activation in accordance with AIPI 09-01-002
- Repair work on coated surfaces carried out according to defined specifications
- Quality assurance ensured by strict adherence to all manufacturing and quality regulations (AIPI standard)
- Work preparation with the provision of tools and materials for the application (TN A 007 10003)
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a galvanizer/surface coater or painter/varnisher
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, ideally in painting or silicone sealing
- Confident handling of technical drawings
- Initial application knowledge of SAP; knowledge of MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- High flexibility, teamwork skills, and a solution-oriented approach
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
