Responsibilities
- Preparation of surfaces for coating processes, including cleaning, activation, and masking
- Painting of surfaces with paints, adhesives, preservation wax, or sealants
- Application of synchronous coating processes for specific surface treatments
- Application of technical signage, decorative and auxiliary films, and line marking
- Material and tool provision for efficient workflow
- Construction document analysis for safe execution of work orders
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a vehicle painter, painter/varnisher, or process mechanic for coating technology
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and as a painter
- Preliminary qualification as a surface protection specialist is required
- Experience in the Airbus environment is desirable
- Proficient German skills; basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system as well as weekend and overtime work
- Teamwork skills, independent working style, and high concentration ability
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
