Responsibilities


  • Team and secretarial support for the Eurofighter MRO team in day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Meeting organization including preparation of documents and ensuring a clear overview
  • Communicative interface within the team as well as with internal and external stakeholders
  • Structuring daily business by creating and maintaining presentations, lists, and overviews
  • Information flow management to ensure a well-organized team environment
  • Direct support for department management in calendar management, travel planning, and other administrative activities


Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, office communication clerk, or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in secretarial work or assistance
  • Proficient use of MS Office (detailed specialist knowledge)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage; interest in new systems such as Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Organized, proactive way of working and team skills
  • Motivation to learn new topics and contribute experience
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
