At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will steer the entire lifecycle of technical documentation as a Technical Documentation Project Manager – from initialization to final revision. You coordinate capacities, lead international alignments, and ensure that manuals and technical data are produced on schedule and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities
- Production Planning for technical documentation from initialization to final revision
- Activity Management of technical events and coordination of manual production support
- Capacity Planning by managing the workload of various teams
- Stakeholder Communication through leading weekly meetings with internal and external partners
- International Coordination with teams at Airbus Donauwörth, Airbus Spain, and subcontractors
- Process Optimization of interfaces between documentation creation and production planning
Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, ideally in aerospace
- Experience in manufacturing planning and project management
- Experience with technical documentation, e.g., for spare parts catalogs or maintenance manuals
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1); Spanish is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Teamwork skills and independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
