For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager at the Ulm site. In the EW Land Solution Engineering department, you will develop COMINT customer solutions for electronic reconnaissance and countermeasures – and take on the technical leadership of development teams for hardware and software.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 73,555 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.04.2027. Responsibilities


  • Project management of development work in the field of Electronic Warfare - COMINT for hardware and software
  • Project coordination and ensuring delivery performance within the agreed time, cost, and quality framework
  • Proposal preparation for technical customer solutions
  • Technical leadership of development teams including planning and monitoring of work packages
  • Effort estimation for development projects
  • Risk minimization in the development process


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
  • Many years of practical experience in technical project management
  • Several years of experience in managing subcontractors
  • Expert knowledge of MS-Project
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to undertake international business trips
  • High communication skills, teamwork, sense of responsibility, and organizational talent
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
