Responsibilities
- Manufacturing concepts: Develop and continuously optimize production concepts
- Production problems: Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective actions
- Technical analysis: Conduct analyses and create documentation for assembly anomalies and non-conformities
- Design Query Notes (DQN): Draft DQNs for process and equipment issues
- Cost optimization: Drive cost reduction by identifying and implementing measures
- Improvement processes: Coordinate enhancement processes regarding cost, schedule, and quality
- Work Order Management: Independently manage work orders for rework
- Manufacturing equipment: Standardize and commission production tools
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or mechanic with further training as a certified technician or business administrator
- Alternatively, a completed degree in aircraft construction or mechanical engineering with at least certified technician/business administrator level
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing engineering, and production planning and control
- Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Understanding of technical drawings is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift operation
- Structured and results-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
