Tasks

  • Design, implementation, and documentation of static, endurance, and environmental tests on cabin components
  • Implementation of test requirements from technical specifications
  • Procurement and operation of test equipment and facilities
  • Maintenance of technical findings in the internal knowledge management system
  • Interface coordination with development, production, and project departments
  • Planning and evaluation of tests in terms of throughput time and effort
  • Supervision of external tests, including commissioning and evaluation

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of mechanics, mechatronics, and component testing
  • In-depth knowledge of measurement technology, ideally also machining, pneumatics, or electrics
  • Initial experience with CATIA V5 and SAP as well as very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
