Tasks
- Issuing and returning tools, handheld machines and consumables to production staff at the tool counter
- Supplying workstations and production areas with tools and measuring equipment
- Assembling and managing tool kits for assembly teams
- Inventory management and procurement planning using Toolmanager software and SAP
- Receiving, storing and documenting deliveries and calibration returns
- Organising repairs, maintenance and calibration procedures
- Performing minor repairs and pre-adjustments on tools and handheld machines
- Maintaining and archiving technical and safety-relevant documentation
Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training in a technical, logistics or metalworking profession
- Several years of professional experience in materials planning, procurement, manufacturing/production and in the aerospace industry
- Good knowledge of tool distribution processes
- Class B driving license required; forklift license desirable
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Google Workspace
- Good German language skills (at least B2), basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
