At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will work as a Toolmaker to manage the entire machining process chain – from tool selection and testing to optimization. You are the central point of contact for internal and external customers, using your technical expertise to ensure efficient and precise manufacturing processes in a highly specialized environment.

Responsibilities


  • Tool design and selection for machining processes
  • Customer consultation as the central point of contact for internal and external partners in the field of machining
  • Process optimization through planning, execution, and evaluation of tool trials
  • Order processing of purchases and complaint management
  • Interface management with production, quality assurance, procurement, and NC programming
  • Data management through provision of technical documents and maintenance of the tool database
  • Specification creation for tenders in tool management


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, toolmaker, machining mechanic, or comparable, ideally with a technician or business management qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, production, or toolmaking
  • Practical experience in reading technical drawings and in mechanical manufacturing
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP; experience with CAD/CAM systems is an advantage
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English, ideally with technical vocabulary
  • Structured and conscientious way of working, team skills, and a pronounced quality awareness
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
