Tasks

  • Planning and organizing training projects, e.g., with a focus on digitalization
  • Coordinating student interns and assisting with onboarding
  • Implementing marketing measures and organizing events
  • Collaborating with internal and external interfaces, e.g., schools
  • Providingadministrative support to the training management team
  • Planning and coordinating training courses for trainees and dual students
  • Collaborating on and managing sub-projects as part of continuous improvement
  • Designing and implementing cross-location concepts and processes

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a human resources specialist with many years of experience
  • ALTERNATIVE: Completed bachelor's degree in communication, social sciences, economics, or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in project management and process improvement
  • Ideally, experience in trade fairs, events, or HR
  • Experience in quality management and corporate structures is an advantage
  • Affinity for IT and digitalization
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
