Responsibilities


  • Upholstery work on A320 aircraft cabins, including manufacturing, installation, and repair of floor coverings and interior furnishing elements
  • Technical documentation such as drawings, construction regulations, and work instructions, reading, interpreting, and implementing them
  • Quality and safety standards as well as aviation regulatory requirements consistently adhering to
  • Fault analysis conducting and identifying and rectifying defects on installed components
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with the electrical and mechanical departments to ensure smooth production processes
  • Documentation of all work performed and materials used meticulously maintaining
  • Continuous improvement actively participating in and driving forward


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an upholsterer, painter/varnisher, carpenter, or a comparable craft qualification
  • Several years of experience in aircraft construction or the aerospace industry
  • Experience in performing upholstery work or comparable craft activities
  • Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings and work instructions
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work in a shift system
  • High sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and a careful, quality-oriented way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
