Tasks
- Accepting and coordinating deliveries in logistics and production areas
- Ensuring correct delivery: right product, right address, complete documentation depending on product type
- Checking the physical condition of shipments and assisting with customs matters
- Performing visual checks to identify packaging damage and processing non-conformities
- Checking collected products and documenting transfers
- Labeling goods with labels and goods receipt notes and ensuring that accompanying documents remain with the product
- Checking documents for correct storage and matching batches, as well as compliance with required storage conditions and product compatibility
- Ensuring product protection (e.g., avoiding contact between metal and metal, metal and concrete floors, metal and racks/containers)
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable logistics vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics
- Experience in logistics/warehousing
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP
- Business fluent in German (at least C1); advanced English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts (late shift every 3-4 weeks) as well as Saturdays and on-call duty
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
