Tasks
- Receiving deliveries in goods receipt, including checking freight documents and packaging condition
- Unpacking and inspecting materials for quantity, identity and damage, then transferring them into the internal storage and transport system
- Assigning documents to picking/kit orders and processing serial numbers, account-assigned orders, repair orders and purchase orders in SAP
- Posting goods in SAP according to defined posting rules and distributing items to internal departments
- Performing incoming inspection according to the inspection plan/work instruction, including verifying delivery documents, certificates and first article inspection reports
- Conducting inventory counts, put-away, relocations and picking, including shelf-life monitoring, scrapping and all required SAP postings
- Handling goods issue/outbound: picking shipping orders, assigning documents, checking completeness, packing in line with shipping regulations and meeting deadlines
- Preparing shipments with freight documents and pre-advising/announcing shipments to freight forwarders/carriers
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, Warehouse Operative (Warehouse Specialist), or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics and general logistics
- Basic user knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and SAP
- Experience with SAP-supported logistics processes (goods receipt, warehousing, shipping) is an advantage
- German: business fluent (min. C1) and English: basic knowledge (A2)
- High willingness to learn, ability to work in a team, and strong initiative
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
