Tasks
- Creation and maintenance of work plans, taking into account manufacturing requirements and specifications
- Optimization of manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Definition and introduction of technical requirements for tools and machines
- Support throughout the entire production process – from development to series production
- Initiation and implementation of feedback processes for continuous improvement
- Responsibility for new and series planning of assemblies and installations
- Management of subprojects in the area of digitalization and automation
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, aerospace, or a comparable technical field (at least a bachelor's degree)
- Several years of experience in manufacturing/production, manufacturing engineering, and process improvement
- Initial experience in design
- Very good knowledge of SAP and routine use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts occasionally
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
