At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will work as a Workshop & Equipment Coordinator to ensure the availability of work platforms, docks, and special fixtures for the H135 and H145 final assembly lines. You combine technical understanding with logistical foresight – from maintenance planning to hazardous material management.

Responsibilities
- Workshop Equipment Management: Ensuring the availability and functionality of all work platforms, docks, tool trolleys, and special fixtures
- Maintenance Coordination: Planning, commissioning, and monitoring of maintenance and repair work on infrastructure and operating resources
- Material Management: Responsibility for inventory monitoring and reordering of consumables
- Hazardous Material Management: Proper storage and management of hazardous substances in accordance with safety regulations
- Area Management: Organization and cleanliness of material delivery zones as well as ensuring smooth material flows
- Process Optimization: Implementation of improvement measures for more efficient workshop processes
- Interface Management: Point of contact for internal maintenance teams and external service providers
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and warehouse logistics
- Experience in managing workshop equipment and operating resources
- Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Forklift license and Class B driver's license required
- Teamwork skills, resilience, and independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
