Tasks

  • Project management for passenger transport services (bus, car, bicycle, ferry) as well as support for additional services such as office services, cleaning, and landscaping
  • Coordination and control of supplier performance, ensuring timely and quality-compliant delivery
  • Planning, organization, and reporting of deployed resources and budgets
  • Development and implementation of strategic improvements, e.g. as part of the digitalization strategy
  • Communication with stakeholders from HR, works council, public authorities, and management
  • Analysis of cost structures and performance indicators, as well as identification of optimization potential
  • Implementation of the supplier strategy developed within the team

Qualifications

  • Degree as a state-certified technician or business administrator in the fields of engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or economics
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of occupational safety, change management, IT systems, project management, and communications management
  • Experience in facility management is desirable
  • Familiar with corporate group processes (e.g. access restrictions, cybersecurity, social partner collaboration)
  • Confident use of Google Workspace and strong IT affinity, especially in working with AI tools and apps
  • German and English language skills at a business fluent level (minimum C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
