Responsibilities
- Plant operation of laser cutting or chemical milling systems
- Production monitoring and process-related adjustment work
- Documentation of component orders, optimization potential, and process parameters
- Malfunction analysis and troubleshooting including root cause determination
- Preparation and follow-up work such as setup, alignment, and tooling
- IT system maintenance and corresponding documentation
- Onboarding of new team members
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, industrial mechanic, or in a metalworking trade
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Initial experience in operating manufacturing equipment (e.g., laser cutting systems)
- Basic skills in IT system maintenance and documentation
- Proficient German skills; basic English skills
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
- Strong teamwork skills, high willingness to learn, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
