Responsibilities


  • Plant operation of laser cutting or chemical milling systems
  • Production monitoring and process-related adjustment work
  • Documentation of component orders, optimization potential, and process parameters
  • Malfunction analysis and troubleshooting including root cause determination
  • Preparation and follow-up work such as setup, alignment, and tooling
  • IT system maintenance and corresponding documentation
  • Onboarding of new team members


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, industrial mechanic, or in a metalworking trade
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
  • Initial experience in operating manufacturing equipment (e.g., laser cutting systems)
  • Basic skills in IT system maintenance and documentation
  • Proficient German skills; basic English skills
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
  • Strong teamwork skills, high willingness to learn, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
