Responsibilities


  • Logistics Service Provider Oversight: Ensure timely processing and control of civil and military deliveries
  • Demand Consolidation: Gather and prioritize spare parts requirements from procurement and customer service
  • Process Definition: Create process descriptions for internal logistics workflows
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports, perform analyses, and maintain databases
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the entire spare parts supply chain from demand to delivery


Qualifications

  • Completed (logistical) vocational training with further qualification as master/technician or specialist/business administrator
  • Several years of experience in disposition/material procurement, logistics, and supply chain
  • Solid knowledge of SAP (understanding of detailed functions)
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
  • Team skills, independent working style, and strong communication abilities
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
